How to have a Healthy Life

For a healthy, balanced life, it is important to keep a consistent sleep schedule and have enough time for both work and relaxation. The goal should be to get enough sleep so your body can recover from the day's stresses, but not too much as you don't need more than an hour before bedtime.

The goal should also be to divide your time between work and relaxation so you're not overworking yourself or feeling burnt out all the time. This means that if you need to take some time off from work, do it! Taking the occasional break will help 100% recover from stress while also giving new energy for when it really matters — like when deadlines are approaching or you have an interview.

Here are some examples of schedules for some healthy life goals:

1. A schedule for healthy work/life balance

2. A schedule for healthy yoga/life balance, including a few extra hours for rest and relaxation

3. Sleep schedule to create a good work/sleep cycle.

4. A sample schedule for healthy dieting — with a few extra hours for rest and relaxation

5. Exercise routine that will help keep your body in shape without overworking it (use it as a guide to finding what you can do)

6. Re-arrange your workdays to fit in one extra hour of sleep each day (this works best if you have the time)
